In a small bowl, combine the cheese and breadcrumbs
Heat a non-stick 12 inch skillet over the lowest possible heat setting.
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in a thin layer in the skillet. Heat until the cheese is melted and is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
With a metal spatula, remove the tuile from the pan. Place onto a rolling pin or another curved surface to cool. Serve immediately, or store in a cool, dry place until needed.
